RCB Confirms Coaching Staff List For IPL 2020 Season-13

Royal Challengers Bangalore RCB has made a bit big changes in their coaching staff ahead of IPL 2020. Mike Hesson is appointed the director of the team Royal Challengers Bangalore and Simon Katic is appointed their new Head Coach. Now RCB has added Skhanker Basu as condition and strength coach for the IPL 2020.

Below is the list of the Royal Challengers Bangalore coaching staff for the IPL 2020

  • Mike Hesson – Team Director
  • Simon Katich – Head coach
  • Shankar Basu – strength and condition coach
  • Adam Griffith – bowling coach
  • Sridharan Sriram – batting and Spin Bowling coach
  • Malolan Rangarajan – Head of scouting
  • Evan Speechly – Team physio
  • Soumyadeep Pyane – Team Manager

 


None of question for replacing Virat Kohli as a captain: Said RCB team director Hesson.

“We haven't any perception of control things by Skipper Virat Kohli. But maybe he has had his learnings from the past (mistakes) while moving forward,” ~Said Mike Hesson during a media interacted on Thursday.

“…we have been very much aligned, and he has been more than happy to take our advice from our experience,” the former New Zealand coach added his words that “Our main focus will be on recruitment, once auction been completed then the work will be started. We need our players to perform more in the upcoming IPL 2020”. He also said “Form is a main factor for every team, and we need more holistic in terms of how we scout the talent. We will be looking it for a long period as they will be ready to deliver when to put under the pump. As we all know it doesn't happen after one good season”
