Ben Stokes was born in Christchurch, New Zealand, his full name is Benjamin Andrew Stokes. Stokes started his cricket journey in his 18 years age with Durham in England. Ben Stokes made his first class debut earlier in 2010.

He made a 6th wicket partnership of 399 runs with Jonny Bairstow, while Bairstow himself scored an unbeaten 150 runs in that innings. That series was a huge comeback for Ben Stokes and he became the permanent member of England cricket playing XI.

In 2016 ICC T20I Cricket World which was held in India. In whcih England cricket were in the good position to win the world cup as 19 runs were required for West Indies to win, and Ben Stokes was handed the ball to stop Windies cricket in remaining 6 balls, and Ben Stokes ended up that over with consecutive four sixes in first four balls and England lost that final with heart-breaking fashion.
